Common use of Uncarpeted Floors Clause in Contracts

Uncarpeted Floors. All hard-surfaced floors are to be completely stripped down to the bare floor surface, totally free of any wax, sealer or other finish. After stripping, the floor will be re-finished and polished. On completion of re-finishing all finish, water and other marks will be removed from walls, baseboards, doors, furniture, and adjoining carpeted areas.

Uncarpeted Floors. All hard-surfaced hard surface floors are to be completely stripped stripped, removing all wax and other coatings, down to the bare clean and dry floor surface, totally free of removing any waxmarks or stains. Floors will then be refinished and polished and left in a uniformly bright, sealer or other finishclean condition.
