Common use of Unclean Hands Clause in Contracts

Unclean Hands. Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement to the contrary, no Party shall terminate this Agreement if such Party is in breach of any provision hereof; provided, however, that the Debtors may terminate this Agreement under Section 5.02(c) notwithstanding any existing breach by the Debtors.
