Delegation (a) The Administrator, upon prior notice to the Trust and in compliance with applicable law, may delegate any of the Services, or adjust any prior delegation, to any other person or persons that the Administrator controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, or to specified employees of any such persons, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Delegations 26. The Commonwealth Minister may delegate the assessment of performance against milestones and the authorisation of related project payments to senior Commonwealth officials, having regard to the financial and policy risks associated with those payments. Dispute resolution
Delegate A person expressly designated to act on behalf of another in certain matters. Department A department, as duly constituted by the Senate and the Board. Emergency (for appointment purposes) An emergency is an unforeseen circumstance for which there is not enough time to follow regular appointment procedure and the program requires that the course be offered. Employer The Board of Trustees of the University. Faculty An academic Faculty (including the School of Business), as duly constituted by the Senate and the Board. Fiscal Year A period of twelve (12) calendar months which commences on the first day of May and ends on the last day of April in the next calendar year, inclusive. No Delegation The Asset Representations Reviewer may not delegate or subcontract its obligations under this Agreement to any Person without the consent of the Issuer, the Sponsor and the Servicer.
Reprimands 36.01 When an employee in the bargaining unit is subjected to a disciplinary interview (where the Co-operative intends to discipline the employee, such as to be given a written reprimand, suspension or discharge), said employee shall have a Shop Xxxxxxx present, or, in the absence of a Shop Xxxxxxx, an employee from their store in the bargaining unit, of the employee’s own choice, from the commencement of the interview.
Subcontracting 6.1 The Grantee is responsible for the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including in relation to any tasks undertaken by subcontractors.
City’s Right to Employ Other Consultants City reserves right to employ other consultants in connection with this Project.
Delegates The employer recognises the Union delegates who are elected by the employees as the on- site representatives of the Union.
Subcontract The Distributor may, at its expense and with the approval of the Trustees, appoint another firm or company as its sub-distributor or agent. The Distributor shall not, however, be relieved of any of its obligations under this Agreement by the appointment of such sub-distributor or agent.
Reprimand If the Agency has reason to reprimand an employee, it shall be done in such a manner that will not embarrass the employee before other employees or the public.
