Undelivered Bonds; Purchase Price. If a Bond purchased as provided in this Section is not presented to the Tender Agent, the Tender Agent shall segregate and hold uninvested the money for the Purchase Price in trust for the benefit of the former Owner, who shall, except as provided in the following sentences of this paragraph, thereafter be restricted exclusively to such money for the satisfaction of any claim for the Purchase Price. Any money which the Tender Agent segregates and holds in trust for the payment of the Purchase Price of any Bond which remains unclaimed for two (2) years after the date of purchase shall be paid to the Authority. After the payment of such unclaimed money to the Authority, the former Owner shall look only to the City for the payment thereof. The Authority shall not be liable for any interest on unclaimed money and shall not be regarded as a trustee of such money.

  • The Purchase Price If the sale of the Property is not subject to HST, Seller agrees to certify on or before (included in/in addition to) closing, that the sale of the Property is not subject to HST. Any HST on chattels, if applicable, is not included in the Purchase Price.
