Underground. Labourer hired to become a Cable Splicer, Substation Maintainer or Transformer Maintainer will progress from “Labourer - 1st 6 months to “Cable Splicer, Substation Maintainer, or Transformer Maintainer - 3rd Class” within the times shown, subject to the following qualifications and conditions:
