Undertakings of the Contractor. 4.1. The Contractor warrants to the Employment Business that by entering into and performing its obligations under this Agreement it will not thereby be in breach of any obligation that it owes to any third party. The Contractor warrants to the Employment Business that the Representative, by performing the Services on behalf of the Contractor, will not thereby be in breach of any obligation that it owes to any third party.
