Common use of UNE-P Clause in Contracts

UNE-P. 5.4.1 DS0 Local Switching, as defined in Section 4, in combination with a Loop and Common (Shared) Transport as defined in Section 4.3.9 (UNE-P) provides local exchange service for the origination or termination of calls. UNE-P supports the same local calling and feature requirements as described in the Local Switching section of this Attachment and the ability to presubscribe to a primary carrier for intraLATA toll service and/or to presubscribe to a primary carrier for interLATA toll service.

UNE-P supports the same local calling and feature requirements as described in the Local Switching section of this Attachment and the ability to presubscribe to a primary carrier for intraLATA toll service and/or to presubscribe to a primary carrier for interLATA toll service.
