Unearned Premium Reserve. Actuaries for REINSURER and CEDENT shall determine as of the Valuation Date, on the daily pro-rata basis, the unearned premium reserve (“Unearned Premium Reserve”). The Unearned Premium Reserve shall be deducted from the Coinsurance Premium.

Unearned Premium Reserve. Upon recapture under any of these provisions, Reinsurer will pay Ceding Company the unearned premium reserve (if any) on the risks reinsured under this Agreement.

  • PREMIUM ADJUSTMENT If THE COMPANY overpays a reinsurance premium and THE REINSURER accepts the overpayment, THE REINSURER’s acceptance will not constitute or create a reinsurance liability or increase in any existing reinsurance liability.
