Unencrypted E-Mail. Unencrypted e-mail sent or received on Technology Resources cannot be expected to be secure. Users should always be aware that the sender has no control over what the recipient does with the message and that the message may be sent to the wrong address or intercepted by hackers.

  • E-mail The Employee acknowledges that the Employer retains the right to review any and all electronic mail communications made with employer provided email accounts, hardware, software, or networks, with or without notice, at any time.

  • E-Mail Access Patient shall be given the Physician’s e-mail address to which non-urgent communications can be addressed. Such communications shall be dealt with by the Physician or staff member of the Practice in a timely manner.
