Unexpended Funds. Upon termination, cancellation, or expiration of this Agreement, or dissolution of the entity, the Contractor shall return to the K/T AAA immediately upon written demand, any funds provided under this Agreement, which are not payable for goods or services delivered prior to the termination, cancellation, or expiration of this Agreement, or the dissolution of the entity.
