Unfit for Use. In the event of the hall or any part thereof being rendered unfit for the use for which it has been hired the committee shall not be liable to the hirer for any resulting loss or damage whatsoever.

Unfit for Use. If the Premises are unfit or unavailable for use at any time, St John’s shall refund the part of the Hiring Fee that relates to the period that the Premises are so unfit or unavailable for use. This represents the Hirer’s sole remedy in these circumstances.
