local government elector means a person registered as a local government elector in the register of electors in the authority’s area in accordance with the Representation of the People Acts;
Payment Election means an election pursuant to Section 5.1.
Government school means a school established under section 5 of the Act, for the purpose of providing courses of instruction in pre-school, primary or secondary education.
LCT Election has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.06.
Investment Election means an election, made in such form as the Administrative Committee may direct, pursuant to which a Participant may elect the Investment Funds in which the amounts credited to his Account will be deemed to be invested.
Government-furnished property means property in the possession of, or directly acquired by, the Government and subsequently furnished to the Contractor for performance of a contract. Government-furnished property includes, but is not limited to, spares and property furnished for repair, maintenance, overhaul, or modification. Government-furnished property also includes contractor-acquired property if the contractor-acquired property is a deliverable under a cost contract when accepted by the Government for continued use under the contract.
Government data means any information, document, media, or machine readable material regardless of physical form or characteristics, that is created or obtained by the Government in the course of official Government business.
Government Programs means (i) the Medicare and Medicaid Programs, (ii) the United States Department of Defense Civilian Health Program for Uniformed Services and (iii) other similar foreign or domestic federal, state or local reimbursement or governmental health care programs.
Government Grant means the Government Grant document specified in Schedule 2;
Mail ballot election means any election that is conducted under Title 13, chapter 19, by mailing
Government Approval means any authorization, consent, approval, waiver, exception, variance, order, exemption, publication, filing, declaration, concession, grant, franchise, agreement, permission, permit, or license of, from or with any Governmental Authority, the giving notice to, or registration with, any Governmental Authority or any other action in respect of any Governmental Authority.
Government record or "record" means any paper, written or
Deferral Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the amount of the Deferrals.
Government Body means any domestic or foreign federal, state, municipal or other governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality, or other body exercising or entitled to exercise any administrative, executive, judicial, legislative, police, regulatory or taxing authority or power of any nature.
Deferral Election means the Participant’s election under Section 3.1 to defer all or a portion of his or her Compensation.
Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to make an election under the Plan.
Government Accounts means Accounts on which any federal or state governmental unit or any intermediary for any federal or state governmental unit is the Account Debtor.
Government Subcontract means each contract between the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries and any prime contractor or upper-tier subcontractor relating to a contract between such Person and any governmental entity, and each Bid with respect to Government Subcontracts.
Government Security means any security issued or guaranteed as to principal or interest by the United States, or by a person controlled or supervised by and acting as an instrumentality of the Government of the United States pursuant to authority granted by the Congress of the United States; or any certificate of deposit for any of the foregoing.
Developed exclusively with government funds means development was not accomplished exclusively or partially at private expense.
Settlement Method Election Date With respect to any Settlement of any Transaction, the 2nd Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding (x) the Valuation Date for such Transaction, in the case of Physical Settlement, or (y) the First Unwind Date for such Transaction, in the case of Cash Settlement or Net Share Settlement.
Government Bid means any quotation, bid or proposal by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries that, if accepted or awarded, would result in a Government Contract.
Distribution Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the time and form of distribution.
Government assistance means a grant, loan, or tax increment financing that result in a financial benefit from an agency, commission, instrumentality, or other entity of the District government.
Government Action means action by a Governmental Authority, Administrator, Certification Authority, or by the governing body of an Applicable Program to change the eligibility of a Product for an Applicable Program or substantially change the requirements for compliance by persons obligated to comply with the Applicable Program which in either case has a material adverse effect on the value of a Product that is the subject of a particular Transaction, and includes a change in Applicable Law that disqualifies any particular Renewable Energy Facilities (by Renewable Energy Sources, Initial Operating Date, or otherwise) or Product, that is the subject of a Transaction from an existing Applicable Program.
Illegal product means any product derived in whole or in part from illegal oil or illegal gas.
