The Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits as published by the International Chamber of Commerce most recently at the time of Issuance of any Letter of Credit or the International Standby Practice 1998 (selected by the LC Issuer at its discretion at the time of Issuance thereof) shall (unless otherwise expressly provided in such Letter of Credit) apply to each Letter of Credit.
