Unilateral impact. When analyzing unilateral impact of economic concentration, competition agencies focus on evaluating if after-economic concentration enterprise is capable of causing substantial restrain of competition in relevant market which can be achieved by establishing, consolidating market position and increasing its capability and motivation in market power abuse independently. Therefore, theory or economic models which describe market features the best, need to be applied. Additionally, it is necessary to evaluate competitive constraints and other conditions related to capability of abusing market power of after-economic concentration enterprise. Some conditions need to be considered when evaluating unilateral impact of economic concentration:  The parties of economic concentration‘ position: market share - position based on market share, competitors before economic concentration;  Competitive pressure from non - economic concentration enterprises – market share, difference in market share among enterprises after economic concentration with competitors, redundancy of supply capacity , product- differentiation level;  Direct or potential competition pressure – importation and entrance capability into market of new competitors, existence of product market and geographic market which replace relevant market, competitiveness among markets in vertical side in same industry with researched market.  Economic efficiency and existing capability of the parties of economic concentration.
