Uninsured Expenses. If any costs and/or expenses not covered by this insurance policy have been incurred by the Insurer on the Insured’s behalf or any additional or increased costs and/or expenses incurred by the Insurer as a result of the Insured’s failure to comply with the terms, provisions, conditions and limitations of this insurance policy, then the Insured shall repay all such costs and/or expenses to the Insurer within 30 days of his/her being requested to do so by the Insurer.
