Shared Expenses definition

Shared Expenses has the meaning set forth in Section 5.14.

Shared Expenses means the amount by which Operating Expenses and Real Estate Taxes incurred in any period exceed the amount of Landlord's obligation for the same as specified in Sections 1.14 and 1.
