Common use of Union Activities Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Union Activities Restrictions. If the Contract Amount is over $50,000, this section is applicable. Consultant agrees that no Judicial Council funds received under this Agreement will be used to assist, promote or deter union organizing during the Term. If Consultant incurs costs, or makes expenditures to assist, promote or deter union organizing, Consultant will maintain records sufficient to show that no Judicial Council funds were used for those expenditures. Consultant will provide those records to the Attorney General upon request.
