CONTINUED PERFORMANCE OF WORK. The Contractor shall at all times continue with performance of the contract in full compliance with the directions of the Project Manager. Continued performance by the Contractor shall not be deemed a waiver of any claim for additional compensation, damages, or an extension of time for completion, provided that the written notice of claim is submitted in accordance with Subsection 7.25.1,
CONTINUED PERFORMANCE OF WORK. Pending final resolution of any dispute, Contractor agrees to proceed diligently with the performance of the Work, including Work associated with the dispute, unless otherwise directed by the JBE. Contractor’s failure to diligently proceed in accordance with the JBE’s instructions will be considered a material breach of the Agreement and any applicable Participating Addendum.
CONTINUED PERFORMANCE OF WORK. Contractor shall proceed diligently with the performance of the Work required under this Agreement pending final resolution of any Claim or legal action arising under this Agreement, and shall comply with any decision of the Contracting Officer.
