Union Dues Deductions It shall be a condition of employment for all Nurses in the Bargaining Unit, that dues be deducted from their bi-weekly salary in the amount determined by the Union. The deductions for newly employed Nurses shall be in the first pay period of employment. The dues shall be submitted monthly to the Union together with a list of the Nurses from whom the deductions were made.
Union Dues Deduction The Employer agrees to deduct and forward to the Financial Secretary of the Local Union, upon receipt of a voluntary written authorization, the working dues from the pay of each IBEW member. The amount to be deducted shall be the amount specified in the approved Local Union Bylaws. The Local Union, upon request by the Employer, shall certify such amount to the Employer.
PROFESSIONAL DUES OR FEES AND PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS 5.1 Any unit member who is a member of the Association, or who has applied for membership, may sign and deliver to the District an assignment authorizing deduction of unified membership dues, initiation fees, and general assessments of the Association. Pursuant to such authorization, the District shall deduct one-tenth of such dues from the regular salary check of the bargaining unit member each month for ten (10) months. Deductions for bargaining unit members who sign such authorization after the commencement of the school year shall be appropriately pro-rated to complete payments by the end of the school year. 5.2 Any unit member who is not a member of the Association, or who does not make application for membership within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this Agreement, or within thirty (30) days from the date of commencement of assigned duties, shall become a member of the Association or pay to the Association a fee in an amount equal to unified membership dues, initiation fees and general 5.3 Any unit member who is a member of a religious body whose traditional tenets or teaching include objections to joining or financially supporting employee organizations shall not be required to join or financially support the Association, as a condition of employment, except that such unit member shall pay, in lieu of a service fee, sums equal to such service fee to one of the following non-religious, non- labor organizations, charitable funds exempt from taxation under section 501 (c) (3) of Title 26 of the Internal Revenue Code. Such payment shall be made on or before October 15 of each year. (For example: Murrieta Fire Protection District) 5.3.1 Proof of payment and a written statement of objection, along with verifiable evidence of membership in a religious body whose traditional tenets or teachings object to joining or financially supporting employee organizations, pursuant to section 5.3 above, shall be made on an annual basis to the District as a condition of continued exemption from the provisions of sections 5.1 and 5.2 of this Article. Evidence shall be in the form of receipts and/or canceled checks indicating the amount paid, date of payment, and to whom payment in lieu of the service fee has been made. Such proof shall be presented on or before November 1 of each school year. The Association shall have the right of inspection in order to review said proof of payment. 5.3.2 Any unit member making payments as set forth in sections 5.3 and 5.3.1, above, and who requests that the grievance or arbitration provisions of this Agreement be used on his or her behalf, shall be responsible for paying the reasonable cost of using said grievance or arbitration procedures. 5.4 With respect to all sums deducted by the District pursuant to sections 5.1 and 5.2 above, whether for membership dues or agency fee, the District agrees to promptly remit such monies to the Association, accompanied by an alphabetical list of bargaining unit members for whom such deductions have been made, categorizing them as to membership or non-membership in the Association, and indicating any changes in personnel from the list previously furnished. The Association agrees to furnish any information needed by the District to fulfill the provisions of this Article.
Applicable Fees 48.1. CONTRACTOR shall not charge any clients or third-party payers any fee for service unless directed to do so by the Director at the time the client is referred for services. When directed to charge for services, CONTRACTOR shall use the uniform billing and collection guidelines prescribed by DHCS.
Agency Fees Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent an agency fee in such amounts and at such times as heretofore agreed upon by letter agreement between Borrower and the Administrative Agent. The agency fee is for the services to be performed by the Administrative Agent in acting as Administrative Agent and is fully earned on the date paid. The agency fee paid to the Administrative Agent is solely for its own account and is nonrefundable.
LC Fees The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for the account of each Lender, a letter of credit fee at a rate per annum equal to the LC Fee Rate on such Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the undrawn stated amount of all Facility LCs for the period from the Effective Date to such Lender’s Termination Date (or, if later, the date on which such Lender has no participation interests in the Facility LCs), payable in arrears on the last day of each March, June, September and December and on the applicable Termination Date (and, if applicable, thereafter on demand). The Borrower also agrees to pay to the applicable LC Issuer for its own account (x) fronting fees in amounts and at times agreed upon between such LC Issuer and the Borrower and (y) documentary and processing charges in connection with the issuance or Modification of and draws under Facility LCs in accordance with such LC Issuer’s standard schedule for such charges as in effect from time to time.
Commitment Fees Accruing from the date hereof until the Expiration Date, the Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Lender, as consideration for such Lender’s Revolving Credit Commitment hereunder, a nonrefundable commitment fee (the “Commitment Fee”) equal to the Applicable Commitment Fee Rate (computed on the basis of a year of 365 or 366 days, as the case may be, and actual days elapsed) on the average daily difference between the amount of (a) such Lender’s Revolving Credit Commitment as the same may be constituted from time to time and (b) such Lender’s Revolving Exposure (for purposes of this computation, Swing Loans shall not be deemed to be borrowed amounts under its Revolving Credit Commitment); provided, however, that any Commitment Fee accrued with respect to the Revolving Credit Commitment of a Defaulting Lender during the period prior to the time such Lender became a Defaulting Lender and unpaid at such time shall not be payable by the Borrower so long as such Lender shall be a Defaulting Lender except to the extent that such Commitment Fee shall otherwise have been due and payable by the Borrower prior to such time; and provided further that no Commitment Fee shall accrue with respect to the Revolving Credit Commitment of a Defaulting Lender so long as such Lender shall be a Defaulting Lender. Subject to the proviso in the directly preceding sentence, all Commitment Fees shall be payable in arrears on each Payment Date.
Unused Fees For each day during the term hereof that the Applicable Rate is determined pursuant to clause (a) of the definition of Applicable Rate, the Borrower shall pay a fee to the Administrative Agent for the pro rata benefit of the Lenders in an amount equal to the Daily Unused Fee for such day (all such fees incurred during any given calendar quarter constituting the “Unused Fees” for such quarter). The Unused Fees shall be payable quarterly in arrears on the first Business Day of each calendar quarter and as of the Maturity Date.
Facility Fees (i) The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Tranche 1 Lender in accordance with its Applicable Tranche 1 Percentage, a ticking fee (the “Tranche 1 Ticking Fee”) equal to the Applicable Rate times the actual daily outstanding principal amount of the Aggregate Tranche 1 Commitments subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2.17. The Tranche 1 Ticking Fee shall accrue commencing on August 15, 2021 to the end of the Availability Period, and shall be due and payable quarterly in arrears on the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December, commencing with the first such date to occur after the Effective Date, and on the last day of the Availability Period. The Tranche 1 Ticking Fee shall be calculated quarterly in arrears, and if there is any change in the Applicable Rate during any quarter, the actual daily amount shall be computed and multiplied by the Applicable Rate separately for each period during such quarter that such Applicable Rate was in effect. (ii) The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Tranche 2 Lender in accordance with its Applicable Tranche 2 Percentage, a ticking fee (the “Tranche 2 Ticking Fee”) equal to the Applicable Rate times the actual daily outstanding principal amount of the Aggregate Tranche 2 Commitments subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2.17. The Tranche 2 Ticking Fee shall accrue commencing on August 15, 2021 to the end of the Availability Period, and shall be due and payable quarterly in arrears on the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December, commencing with the first such date to occur after the Effective Date, and on the last day of the Availability Period. No Additional Fees/Payment Other than the consideration specifically referenced herein, the parties hereto agree that no fee, payment or additional consideration in any form has been or will be paid to the Holder in connection with this Agreement.
