Unused Fees definition

Unused Fees has the meaning assigned to such term in the Lender Fee Letter.

Examples of Unused Fees in a sentence

The Administrative Agent shall determine the unpaid Interest and Unused Fees payable thereto prior to each Payment Date using the applicable Interest Rate for the related Interest Accrual Period to be paid by the Borrower on each Payment Date for the related Interest Accrual Period and shall advise each Lender, the Collateral Agent and the Servicer thereof and shall send a consolidated invoice of all such Interest and Unused Fees to the Borrower on the third (3rd) Business Day prior to such Payment Date.
Accrued Unused Fees pursuant to clause (i) above and accrued Facility Fees pursuant to clause (ii) above shall be due and payable quarterly in arrears on the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December, commencing with the first such date to occur after the Restatement Effective Date, and on the last day of the Availability Period.
