UNION DUES PROMOTION FUND. The Employer agrees to deduct and pay into the Union Dues Promotion Fund the amount as set out in the wage schedule. This deduction shall be remitted to Local Union and the Union will be the sole administrator of this fund. The Union agrees that the Employer is held harmless in the Administration of this fund.
