Common use of Union Emblem Clause in Contracts

Union Emblem. The emblem of the International Alliance is copyrighted and is the sole property of the Alliance. The Company shall display the emblem, unless the Union advises otherwise, on any and all recorded screen-based media productions, recorded by any method and produced under the terms and conditions of the Agreement which carry screen or air credit title or titles. The insignia is to be clear and distinct and presented in readily readable colour, size and speed.
