Union Initiation Fee And Dues Deduction. (a) The Employer shall, as a condition of employment, deduct from the wages of each applicable Employee the amount of the initiation fee owing or payable to the Union, as established by the Union, upon receipt of written authorization for this purpose from a bargaining unit Employee as duly executed pursuant to and in compliance with the provisions of this Article 7.
