- Union Leadership Harassment Training. The company agrees to deliver the three-day harassment and human rights program for newly-elected and appointed union representatives who have not already attended this training. The timing, location(s), and trainers will be determined by the Master Employment Equity Committee. Travel time, if required, is to be included in the three-day period.
