Common use of UNION MANAGEMENT CONSULTATION COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

UNION MANAGEMENT CONSULTATION COMMITTEE. 20.1 A committee known as the Union/Management Consultation Committee shall consist of an equal number of representatives from the Union and the Employer. 20.2 The committee shall meet as soon as possible at the request of either party. It shall meet at least once every two (2) months at a time mutually agreed upon between the parties.
