Union Matters. The Bargaining Unit President shall have the option of being scheduled only on the day shift except where such request would result in an inability to provide a workable staffing schedule within a specific unit. Such request shall not be unreasonably denied. The employer shall provide an office in the hospital for the sole use of the Union executive. The Hospital will provide internet/Wi-Fi access to the local executive members and the ONA Servicing Labour Relations Officer while on site at the Hospital. The employer shall provide a voice mail system for the Bargaining Unit President.
