Union Pacific Railroad Company shall upon Order according to the requirements contained therein, proceed toward renewal of the surfaces at the crossings subject of this Agreement, accomplishing the work with its own forces or appropriate contracted services and agrees that an appropriate time for the completion of the proposed improvements should be no later than nine (9) months from the date of a Commission Order approving this Agreement.
