Common use of Union Provided Conveniences Clause in Contracts

Union Provided Conveniences. The conveniences currently provided by the Union shall be permitted to continue for as long as the present work hours are in effect. They are as follows: radios and televisions in all station recreation areas; a television in the watch office at #1 station; delivery of newspapers and other publications to all stations; and, maintenance of non-fitness program athletic equipment.
