Union Representative. 1. A Xxxxxxx shall be a qualified craftsperson appointed by the Business Agent and confirmed in writing to the Employer. The Xxxxxxx shall be the last employee to be laid off, provided the Xxxxxxx is qualified to perform the remaining work to be done at the job.
