Job-site visit a) A union representative shall have free access to all construction job sites during working hours, but in no case shall his visits unduly delay the progress of the work.

Job-site visit. A Union Representative employed by the Union shall be allowed to visit the worksite for the purpose of ascertaining whether this Agreement is being observed. This right shall be exercised reasonably and compliantly, and in all instances the Union shall provide no less than four (4) forty-eight (48) hours advance email notice to Employer of the name, position held with the Union, and anticipated date and time of the site visit, so that Employer can ensure compliance with applicable security rules and procedures governing cannabis industry premises. If there is no exempt employee on site, the union will agree to visit the next working day of the exempt manager. The Union Representative shall follow all rules and procedures related to non-employee visits to the facility. The Employer may accompany the Representative in sensitive areas. The Employer will provide space wherever possible, such as the manager's office, for employees to meet alone with their Union.

  • Site Visit 7.1 The Tenderer, at the Tenderer's own responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine and inspect the Site of the Required Services and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering in to a contract for the Services.
