Union Representatives and Official Time. If a change in working conditions as a result of an EEO settlement triggers a duty to bargain under the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (▇ ▇.▇.▇. §▇▇▇▇ et seq.), Article 32, Mid-Term Negotiations will apply. The Union will disclose information related to individual EEO settlements only to those with a need to know.
