Common use of Union Requests for Information Clause in Contracts

Union Requests for Information. 3.7.1 The District agrees to provide to the Union at least once per year a complete list of the names and mailing addresses of all classified employees within each bargaining unit. The names of new employees within each bargaining unit shall be provided to the Union on a monthly basis. Costs for providing such lists will be reimbursed to the District by the Union.
