Union Responses. The Union agrees that in any event of any strike, work stoppage, picketing in furtherance of a work stoppage, or interference with the operation of the City, the Union President and Vice-President shall promptly and publicly disavow such strike and work stoppage and order the employees engaged in such activity to return to work.
