Union Right to Verify Compliance by Signatory Contractor with Provisions and Obligations in this Agreement. In addition to any other rights that may be set forth in this Agreement, or by operation of law, if the Joint Trade Board shall upon application by the Union find probable cause to believe a violation of this Agreement may have occurred or may be occurring, the Union shall be empowered to engage a certified public accountant to audit all books and records of the Employer for the purpose of assuring compliance with the provisions in this Agreement.
