UNION SECURITY AND REPRESENTATION. 4.01 All Operators covered by Article 1: Recognition and Scope, shall have Union dues deducted each month in an amount as may be prescribed by the Union from time to time, and which dues shall be remitted to the Union on a monthly basis by the twentieth (20th) day of the following month. New Operators will be required to pay an initiation fee. All Operators who have executed a Company Operations Agreement shall become and remain members of the Union.
