Access to Employer Premises. Duly authorized representatives of the Union shall have access at reasonable times to those areas of the Employer’s premises that are open to the general public. Access to the Employer’s premises shall be subject to the same general rules applicable to other non-employees and shall not interfere with or disturb the normal operation of the Employer. Advocates and other worker representatives shall perform representational activities or other Union business with individual providers only during the non-working time of the individual provider and shall not otherwise interfere with the work of individual providers or home care services provided.
Access to Employer Premises. The Employer will grant Union Representatives access to its premises when negotiating or meeting with representatives of the Employer, or when investigating an Employee’s complaint or grievance at a mutually agreed upon time, following a request from the Union.
Access to Employer Premises. All reasonable arrangements will be made to permit the conferring parties or the arbitrator(s) to have access to the Employer premises to view any working conditions which may be relevant to the settlement of the grievance.
Access to Employer Premises. Authorized representatives of the Union will be permitted at all reasonable times, when scheduled in advance, to enter the facilities operated by the Employer to transact Union business, represent employees, and observe conditions under which employees are employed. Representatives will not interfere with the work of employees or interrupt normal business operations. The Union representative will check in with either PPCW security (Administrative Office) or the Health Center Manager, or designee upon arrival at the facility, and comply with HIPAA while on site.
Access to Employer Premises. Union representatives shall be permitted entry to the Employer's facility, but only on approval from an Employer's representative, in order to carry out business related to the collective agreement. The union representatives will not interfere with the employees during working hours unless permission is granted by the Employer's representative, who may accompany the union representative.
Access to Employer Premises. The Employer shall allow reasonable access to the Employer’s premises by Union representatives for the purpose of consulting with the local representatives with regard to Union matters, or with the Employer. It is agreed such visits will be during normal business hours and timed to cause as little disruption as possible to the normal conduct of the Employer’s business. Such consultations with the local representatives shall be in a place designated by the Employer and time taken shall be kept to a minimum.
Access to Employer Premises. Representatives of the Union shall be allowed access to the Employer’s premises for the purpose of conducting legitimate Union business related to the administration of this collective bargaining agreement and to investigate safety and health matters provided it does not interfere with normal operations. The representative shall give prior notice of the visit to the Chief of Police or Town Supervisor.
Access to Employer Premises. The Union representative may have access to Employer property where members covered by this Agreement are employed. Such access must have the approval of the Administrator, Human Resources or designate, and it is of prime importance that the normal work schedule be undisturbed.
Access to Employer Premises. Upon reasonable notice, the Employer shall permit access to its work premises of an accredited representative of the Union.

Upon reasonable notice and prior arrangement with the head of Human Resources or designee (but with at least 24 hours’ advance notice), authorized representatives of the Union will be permitted to enter the facilities oper- ated by the Employer to transact Union business, represent employees, and observe conditions under which em- ployees are employed. Access shall not be unreasonably denied. Representatives will not interfere with the work of employees or interrupt normal business operations. The Union specifically agrees for itself and the bargaining unit members that bargaining unit members shall not dis- cuss Union or contractual-related issues, or other work-related complaints or grievances with patients, while at work. This provision shall in no way restrict or prohibit employees from talking about the Union, contractual- related issues or other work related complaints or grievances during working time or in work areas where other non-work related subjects may be discussed. The Union representative will check in with either PPNNE security (Administrative Office) or the Health Cen- ter Manager, or designee upon arrival at the facility, and comply with HIPAA and all applicable security, safety and confidentiality requirements while on site. The Union agrees that it will keep such security policies confi- dential.
