Common use of Union Shop Clause in Contracts

Union Shop. All employees who entered the employment of the Company within thirty (30) calendar days after the execution of this Agreement, or thirty (30) calendar days after entering employment, become members of the Union and maintain membership therein throughout the term of this Agreement, as a condition of continued employment.

Union Shop. All employees who entered the employment of the Company new Employees shall, within thirty (30) calendar days after the execution of this Agreement, or thirty (30) calendar days after entering employment, whichever date last occurs, become members of the Union Union, and maintain membership therein throughout the term of this Agreement, as a condition of continued employment.

This will be communicated to all new employees and managers by the Company.
