Union Usage. ‌ A. Authorized Union representatives may utilize the public address system during regular announcement periods and after the close of the instructional day to make announcements of meetings, election times and results and announcements related to the time and nature of Union activities. B. Audio-visual equipment which is not in use, so long as usual procedures for checking out such equipment are followed, and the equipment is not removed from the School. Any cost of damages caused by such use shall be paid by the Union.
