Union Use of the University Mail System. The Union shall be permitted to distribute materials pertaining to Union business through the University mail system up to 24 times per semester, shall have reasonable access to the University electronic mail system, and shall be granted the same access to the departmental mailboxes available to departmental employees in the bargaining unit.
