The Board hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining representative, as defined in Section 11 of Act 379, Public Acts of 1965, for all school bus drivers but excluding supervisory and administrative personnel. The termterm “employee,” when used hereinafter in this agreement, shall refer to all employees represented by the Union in the bargaining and negotiating unit as above defined and reference to male employees shall include female employees.
