Common use of Unit Conversion Clause in Contracts

Unit Conversion. 16 Quarter units are converted to semester units by multiplying the 17 quarter units by two-thirds (2/3). If this multiplication results in a fraction 18 that when added to the other semester units is within one-half (1/2) unit from 19 the required units for qualifying for the next column, then the fraction 20 shall be rounded up to the next whole number and the unit member shall be 21 placed on the next column.
