Weekend Shift. In order to qualify for the differential, a unit 2 employee’s regular assigned workweek must include both Saturday 3 and Sunday.
Weekend Shift. A Licensed Vocational Nurse, DCF, shall receive weekend shift differential pay for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday, except in the case of a night shift, it means Friday and Saturday. Weekend shift differential shall be $1.00 per hour.
Weekend Shift. In the event that a weekend shift is proposed by the Company to meet production requirements, the parties will engage in meaningful discussions to reach mutual agreement. No weekend shift will be implemented without mutual agreement between the parties.
Weekend Shift. In the event the Company determines that work is required on a Saturday or Sunday, it shall, where possible, provide at least twenty four (24) hours advance notice of that requirement. The available work will be offered to qualified and capable employees in order of their seniority. In the event insufficient numbers of employees accept the opportunity, the Company may assign the work to qualified and capable employees in reverse order of seniority. An employee so working on a Saturday shall receive time and one half (1½X’s) their regular hourly rate for all hours actually worked, provided that the minimum amount he can so receive is the equivalent of four (4) hours pay at his regular hourly rate. When so working on a Sunday, the employee shall receive two (2 X’s) times their regular hourly rate for all hours actually worked, provided that the minimum amount he can so receive is the equivalent of four (4) hours pay at his regular hourly rate.
Weekend Shift. The weekend shift shall be from 10:00 p.m. Friday to 10:00 p.m.

Weekend Shift. 13 The Company will have the right to establish a supplemental weekend shift. This schedule will consist of a day and night shift, each of 12 hours in accordance with the times outlined below and shall be of no less than three (3) months duration.
Weekend Shift. A full-time member who has selected a shift including Saturday or Sunday shall be entitled to additional compensation of $100 per month.
Weekend Shift. For the determination of weekend shifts, the weekend starts at 11:00 p.m. on Friday and ends at 11:30 p.m. on Sunday. A shift is a weekend shift if the majority of the regularly scheduled hours of work fall in the weekend.
Weekend Shift. When a weekend shift is required for Roads Division for winter control between November 15th and April 15th, it shall be in compliance with this clause. Any extension to these dates shall be by the mutual consent of the City and the Union. Weekend shifts will be limited to no more than two employees per shift, unless otherwise agreed to by the City and the Union. The hours of work for the weekend shift shall be as follows and will include two – one-half hour meal breaks. 11:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. – shift to start 11:00 p.m. Friday and finish at 11:00 a.m. Sunday. 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. – shift to start 11:00 a.m. Saturday and finish at 11:00 p.m. on Sunday. Employees assigned to the weekend shift shall take the preceding Wednesday, Thursday and Friday off. If these employees are called in to work on these days, they will be paid as if Wednesday and Thursday were a Saturday (14.04) and as if Friday were a Sunday (14.05).
