Unit Limit. Pursuant to Education Code Section 76004(p), EMUHSD students admitted as special part-time students and taking courses under this Agreement, may enroll in up to a maximum of 15 units per term if: 1) the units constitute no more than four community college courses per term; 2) the units are part of an academic program under this Agreement; and 3) the units are part of an academic program that is designed to award students both a high school diploma and an associate degree or a certificate or credential.
Unit Limit. Pursuant to Education Code Section 76004(p), ACE students admitted as special part-time students and taking courses under this Agreement, may enroll in up to a maximum of 15 units per term if:
Unit Limit. Customer may utilize the Software, at no charge, for a total of 50,000 Units (the “Evaluation Unit Limit”). In the event that Customer exceeds the Evaluation Unit Limit, Customer shall pay to Unravel an amount equal to twenty-two cents ($0.22) per Unit (the “Unit Fee”) multiplied by the number of Units utilized by Customer in excess of the Evaluation Unit Limit. Thereafter, Unravel shall invoice Customer, on a monthly basis, an amount equal to the Unit Fee multiplied by the number of Units utilized by Customer during the immediately preceding month.
