Unit Members on Leave. If an employee is on leave of absence without pay, or on leave status in excess of one (1) month, uniform allowance entitlement will not be paid for time not worked.
Unit Members on Leave. Unit members who are on unpaid leave status may, at their election, continue to be covered under any of the insurance programs by paying the premiums during such leave. Procedures for making payments through the District to the insurance carrier shall be on a uniform basis as established by the District.
