Unit Purchasers. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, it is hereby expressly acknowledged, understood and agreed that no section or provision of this Article VIII shall be applicable to, or otherwise enforceable against, any Unit Purchaser that in accordance with Applicable Law is not otherwise required to be an Urban Renewal Entity. This Article VIII shall only be applicable to, and enforceable against, an Urban Renewal Entity.
