Unit Purchaser definition

Unit Purchaser. An Investor in the Company who thereby becomes a Member. One who purchases one or more Units and has thereby obtained a pro rata share in the Company.

Unit Purchaser means FR XI Offshore AIV, L.P., an exempted limited partnership formed under the laws of Cayman Islands or its designee in accordance with the Unit Purchase Agreement.
