Unit Train Ethanol Receipts. Beginning on January 15, 2017 and continuing thereafter for so long as the Master Terminal Services Agreement by and between MPC and ECO Energy Distribution Services, LLC dated October 19, 2015 (the "ECO Agreement") has not terminated, been cancelled or otherwise expired pursuant to its terms or agreement of the parties thereto, each of the following shall apply:
