United Marks Sample Clauses

United Marks. Contractor hereby acknowledges United’s ownership of the United Marks, further acknowledges the validity of the United Marks and agrees that it will not do anything in any way to infringe or abridge United’s rights in its marks or directly or indirectly to challenge the validity of the United Marks.
United Marks. The United Marks are as follows: UNITED EXPRESS UNITED EXPRESS’S LOGO (DESIGN) IN COLOR UNITED EXPRESS’S LOGO (DESIGN) IN BLACK AND WHITE
United Marks. GI-Inc will not use the trade or service marks of United without United's prior written consent. United reserves the right to disapprove any use of the trade and service marks and other proprietary rights of United if United determines in its reasonable discretion that such use is contrary to the objectives or policies of United.
United Marks. AARP and AARP Trust acknowledge that many of the materials to be used in connection with the SHIP may contain some or all of the trademarks, service marks, logos, slogans and other intellectual property which are the property of United and which have been duly registered or identified to AARP by United for United's exclusive use (collectively, the "United Marks"). AARP and AARP Trust agree that they do not have, and by reason of this Agreement will not acquire, any property right or rights to use such United Marks without United's prior written consent. In the event of termination of this Agreement, AARP and AARP Trust will not use such United Marks without the express written consent of United. AARP, at United's expense, will reasonably cooperate with United in protecting, defending and registering the United Marks.

  • Service Marks BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York is an independent corporation organized under the New York Insurance Law. BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York also operates under licenses with the BlueCross BlueShield Association, which licenses BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York to use the BlueCross BlueShield service marks in a portion of New York State. BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York does not act as an agent of the BlueCross BlueShield Association. BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York is solely responsible for the obligations created under this agreement.

  • Patent Marking LICENSEE shall xxxx all Licensed Products made, used or sold under the terms of this Agreement, or their containers, in accordance with the applicable patent marking laws.

  • Trademark This License does not grant permission to use trade names, trademarks, services marks, logos or names of the Licensor, except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the origin of the Software and as reasonable necessary to comply with the obligations of this License (e.g. by reproducing the content of the notices).   • United States If you acquired the software in the United States, Washington state law governs the interpretation of this agreement and applies to claims for breach of it, regardless of conflict of laws principles. The laws of the state where you live govern all other claims, including claims under state consumer protection laws, unfair competition laws, and in tort.

  • Removal of DXC Trademarks Supplier shall remove from all Products rejected, returned or not purchased by DXC, DXC’s name and any of DXC’s trademarks, trade names, insignia, part numbers, symbols, and decorative designs, prior to any other sale, use, or disposition of such Products by Supplier.

  • Copyrights and Trademarks The Client represents to Developer and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Developer for inclusion in web pages are owned by the Client, or that the Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Developer and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.
