Common use of Units to Rank Pari Passu Clause in Contracts

Units to Rank Pari Passu. All Units and fractions thereof represent an undivided share in the Scheme and shall rank pari passu according to the number of Units held by each Unit Holder, including as to the rights of the Unit Holder(s) in the Net Assets, earnings and the receipt of the dividends and distributions. Each Unit Holder has a beneficial interest in the Trust proportionate to the Units and fractions held by such Unit Holder and shall have such rights as are set out in this Deed and the Offering Document.

Units to Rank Pari Passu. All Units and fractions thereof represent an undivided share in the Scheme Allocation Plans and shall rank pari passu according to the number of Units held by each Unit Holder, including as to the rights of the Unit Holder(s) in the Net Assets, earnings and the receipt of the dividends and distributions. Each Unit Holder has a beneficial interest in the Trust proportionate to the Units and fractions held by such Unit Holder and shall have such rights as are set out in this Deed and the Offering Document.

Units to Rank Pari Passu. 4.3.1 All Units and fractions thereof represent an undivided share in the Scheme and shall rank pari passu according to the number of Units held by each Unit Holder, including as to the rights of the Unit Holder(s) in the Net Assets, earnings and the receipt of the dividends and distributions. Each Unit Holder has a beneficial interest in the Trust proportionate to the Units and fractions held by such Unit Holder and shall have such rights as are set out in this Deed and the Offering Document.

All Units and fractions thereof represent an undivided share in the Scheme Fund and shall rank pari passu according to the number of Units held by each Unit Holder, including as to the rights right of the Unit Holder(s) Holder in the Net Assets, earnings Assets earning and the receipt receipts of the dividends and income distributions. Each Every Unit Holder has a beneficial interest in the Trust Fund proportionate to the Units and fractions held by such Unit Holder him and shall have such rights as are set out in this Trust Deed and the Offering Document.
