Trustee to Report to the Unit. Holder(s) The Trustee shall report on all matters provided in the Regulations, including all matters in which it is required to issue a report under the Trust Deed, Offering Document and the Regulations, to the Holders including a report to be included in the annual report and second quarterly report on whether in its opinion, the Management Company has, in all material respect, managed the Trust Property in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations, the Trust Deed and Offering Document. And if the Management Company has not done so, the respect in which it has not done so and the steps the Trustee has taken in respect thereof. The Trustee shall be entitled to require the Auditors to provide such reports as may be agreed between the Trustee and the Management Company as may be considered necessary to facilitate the Trustee in issuing the certification required under the Regulations. The Trustee shall endeavor to provide the certification at the earliest date reasonably possible.
